ALC's COVID-19 Plan for Reopening

We are in the process of reopening the ALC for students and tutors.  Here are a few things you will need to know:

  • Students and tutors may continue meeting over the phone or virtually if they prefer.

  • If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, do not meet!

  • If you travel out of the state or country, do not meet for 14 days.

  • Students and tutors are encouraged to wear a face mask.  Masks are available at the ALC.

  • Students and tutors that meet at the ALC must clean the tables and chairs before and after they meet.

  • Students and tutors must sign up for a meeting time at the ALC with Katie before meeting.

  • Only students and tutors will be allowed inside of the ALC for meetings (no children or family members should enter the building).

  • Students and tutors may begin meeting at the ALC after June 14.

  • If you meet at a library, some libraries reopened on June 1 and others are reopening in the next few weeks.  Check with your library before you go.

Please speak with your tutor about if/when/where you would like to begin meeting.
